Slimming down without dieting month 3: Beat your inner demons. Now that things are going so well with losing weight, you are also learning to recognise more and more what you have been doing wrong all this time. Maybe you really didn't know that what you were doing was having a detrimental effect on your health? Or maybe you did know but found it hard to break this pattern?

If all goes well, by now you have already kicked a lot of bad habits. This month, check whether you have really gotten rid of all the bad habits.

If you do discover something you still do or what temptations you still cannot resist, try to figure out for yourself why you still find it so hard to let it go.

Lust or a constant need for satiety often has a deeper cause. Do you perhaps have underlying problems of psychological nature? Or do you suffer from stress?

Getting to know your dark self and confronting your inner demons can be the first step towards greater insight and a more positive mindset!

In the meantime, you may notice that your trousers are already starting to feel a bit roomier, your belt can be tightened another notch and your fitness level is improving.

This will probably motivate you and help you to more easily let go of the not-so-good habits you still have or seek help for the things you are struggling with more than you thought.
