Three healthy meals, three sensible snacks and two litres of fluid (in the form of water or herbal tea) a day. In principle, this - combined with sufficient exercise - should be enough to maintain a tidy weight. Why don't we just manage this? What are your pitfalls in this area?

Aries
Order and regularity are sometimes lacking in your lifestyle and diet. You are often busy, so you eat at irregular hours and don't really feel like cooking healthy meals at the end of the working day. Due to fatigue, exercising also slips in. A bit more structure would do you good!
Taurus
You really need some support. Someone to help you stick to a healthy diet and, above all, someone to motivate you to exercise, because lack of exercise is actually your bane number one. Provided you go to the gym you can, you'll already find it a lot cozier.
Gemini
Seduction with a big V! That's what you struggle with the most. A glass of wine here, a cheese there. Yet it is best to leave these things alone once you are well on your way to losing some kilos. The mirror is your greatest motivation. The better you look, the easier it is for you to say no.
Lobster
Insecure moods are not entirely alien to you. At such times, you really only want one thing: food! Especially fatty snacks and chocolate are your favourites. Bear in mind that no problem is a good reason to eat unhealthy food - you are doing yourself and your body a disservice. Drink lots of water for a good bowel movement.
Leo
You definitely possess the (willpower) to live as healthy a life as possible. Yet in your daily routine, there are some fattening obstacles. The first is alcohol. (Daily?) a glass of wine with dinner turns on more than you think! The second: stress (the stress hormone cortisol stagnates fat burning). And number three: a touch of laziness.
Virgo
The will is there, but you find actually keeping it up difficult. Your pitfall is the lack of perseverance combined with your biggest temptation: parties! In company, you find it hard to say 'no' and you join in everything that comes along 'for fun'. In itself, that's not a bad thing, if you also got enough exercise...
Libra
Going to bed too late structurally disrupts your hormone balance. This combined with too many fatty meals means that the kilos literally fly off at times! Drink lots of herbal teas, do the occasional detox treatment and try to get eight hours of sleep every night. And not from 02:00 to 10:00...

Although you watch your diet as closely as you can, you could use a little more fibre on the menu. This supplemented by daily freshly squeezed juice from the juicer would already make a world of difference regarding your belly size. Letting go of things from the past will also make you feel a few kilos lighter!
Sagittarius
You have quite a tendency to rush through life so you don't allow yourself time to eat. As a result, your digestion stagnates. Add to this your innate tendency to stress and you can count your blessings. Fortunately, your sportiness and penchant for regularity make up for a lot. Put a well-stocked fruit bowl within reach.
Capricorn
You could eat more dairy products - as a snack, for instance - and serve more fresh vegetables in the evening. Also, you prefer the TV and computer to the gym too often and take the car instead of the bike. Small things that could already make a big difference.
Aquarius
As long as you are comfortable in your own skin, you will not care if you are a few kilos overweight. What do you mean "ideal image"? You decide how you look! For you, sociability invariably involves snacks, drinks and you love to cook and eat with friends and family.

You like to treat yourself to various alcoholic refreshments. Whether at home, at the restaurant, the pub or the club. Luxury beers, fine wines, cocktails, you like everything equally. Unfortunately, alcohol also stimulates your appetite (fatty bites!) and promotes fat storage in your body. Awkward combination!
