Slimming down without a diet month 7: A new lifestyle. Now it really takes almost no effort for you to eat regularly and healthily and (continue to) exercise more. Seeing what your new lifestyle does to you is probably motivating enough.
Your body will now really become visibly tighter, your belly flatter, your legs firmer, your waist narrower and your buttocks more shapely.
Any cellulite is also likely to be reduced (or almost gone!) and you will feel wonderful!
Keep moving and especially walking in between. Get on your bike (or exercise bike) for an hour.
Although strength training remains important alongside cardio, you really don't have to exercise intensively every day to burn even more calories. You can also burn fat with a leisurely walk or bike ride of three quarters of an hour to an hour!
When you exercise a lot you keep your metabolism going nicely, promote bowel movement and stay fit!
If you really enjoy exercising and also enjoy doing strength training, try to challenge yourself by picking up slightly heavier weights again or doing more repetitions with the weights you train with now.
